01Step 01
Private Consultation
We guide you through hide selection, style, toe shape, colors, and every detail to create your perfect pair.
45–60 min · phone or video
02Step 02
50% Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your order and allows us to personally select and reserve the finest hide from the farm or tannery just for you.
Balance due at final approval
03Step 03
Welcome Kit Delivered
Once your deposit is received, we'll send you a welcome kit with measurement tools and instructions for the next step.
04Step 04
Measurement Session with the Founder
A one-on-one video call with our founder to personally take your measurements and ensure a perfect fit.
05Step 05
Into the Workshop
After measurements are confirmed, your order is placed into our workshop where master artisans begin crafting your boots.
06Step 06
Handcrafted to Perfection
Each pair takes between 3 to 4 months to handmake — meticulous attention paid to every detail and every standard of quality.
3–4 months at the bench
07Step 07
Final Approval & Balance
When your boots are complete, we send you photos for approval. Once approved, the remaining balance is due.
08Step 08
Shipped to You
Once the final payment is received, your boots are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide. Delivery takes approximately one week.
